31.08.2023 - MAAPERUM TAMIL KANAVU
The Tamil Nadu Virtual Academy had launched a programme, Maaperum Tamil Kanavu in coordination with various government departments to create awareness among college students on Tamil culture and heritage. The College Education Department under the guidance of Dr. Ravanan, Regional Joint Director collaborated with our college and contacted this mega event on the 31st August, 2023 in our college auditorium. Students from various colleges like CTTE, Agrasen and Thiruthangal Nadar college along with our students totally of 600 participated in the event. Dr. Parveen Sulthana, social activist and speaker, Mr. Komagan, Joint Director of Tamil Nadu Virtual Academy were the guests of the day. Dr. Parveen Sulthana gave an insight on social justice, women empowerment, language, literature and culture.
