The Leema Placement Cell of St. Anne's Arts and Science College successfully organized a 30-hour employability skill training program in collaboration with Mahindra Pride Classroom, a CSR initiative of Mahindra and Mahindra Group, from June 23rd to June 27th, 2025. The program, attended by 3rd-year UG and 2nd-year PG students, aimed to enhance students' employability quotient, overcome their fear of speaking in English, and instill confidence, social awareness, and responsibility. Upon successful completion, students benefited from improved communication skills, increased self-assurance, and a better understanding of industry expectations, ultimately boosting their chances of securing employment in the organized private sector.
