20.08.2025 - FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - BUILDING PROFICIENCY AND COMPETENCY OF TEACHERS
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the College organized a Faculty Development Programme on 20th August 2025 for all the staff members of the institution. The session was led by the Guest Speaker, Dr. Arlamma, Academic Advisor of the college, former Principal of Christ College, Keelachari, and former IQAC Coordinator at St. Theresa College, Elluru. A total of 60 staff members actively participated in the program. The FDP was centred on the theme “Building Proficiency and Competency of Teachers” and provided valuable insights into effective teaching methodologies, academic leadership, and continuous self-improvement. The session highlighted the importance of updating pedagogical skills, adapting to evolving educational practices, and enhancing classroom engagement. Faculty members greatly benefited from the practical strategies and motivational guidance shared, which aimed at fostering excellence in teaching and contributing to the overall academic growth of the institution.
