The Faculty Orientation Session for the newly appointed faculty members of the College was held on 4th August 2025, with Dr. Arlamma, the Academic Advisor of the college, serving as the guest speaker. A total of 10 faculty members participated in the program, which aimed to familiarize them with the vision, mission, and academic culture of the institution while equipping them with essential guidelines for effective teaching and student engagement. Dr. Arlamma shared her rich expertise in academic administration and pedagogy, offering valuable insights on classroom management, curriculum delivery, mentoring, and fostering a positive learning environment. The session also emphasized the importance of innovation, adaptability, and continuous professional growth in higher education. Participants found the orientation highly beneficial, as it not only strengthened their understanding of their roles and responsibilities but also inspired them to contribute with commitment and enthusiasm towards the holistic development of students and the institution.
