On the 27^th of January, 2021, The Women Empowerment Club under the IQAC, organised a National Webinar on the occasion of the National Girl Child Day. The guest speaker invited for the session was Ms. V. Bhavani MA, BL, Advocate, Madras High Court. The topic handled by the speaker was ‘Empowering Adolescent Girls: Ending the Cycle of Violence’. The speaker enriched the session with a lot of informative ideas and facts that is available to empower women in this era. She explained a lot of rules and laws framed by the constitution that will be very useful for girls and encouraged the students to be very bold and brave in whatever they do. Her speech was very inspirational and motivating.

Around 120 Students participated in the session and applauded the session for the rich amount of information and expertise received from the speaker. The session ended with a note of appreciation to the speaker, organisers and the participants.
