20.09.2025 - INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON CONVERGENCE OF COMPUTING, MATHEMATICS, AND MICROBIOLOGY: CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES
The International Conference on “Convergence of Computing, Mathematics, and Microbiology: Challenges and Opportunities” was held on 20th September 2025, organized by the Department of Computer Science and Computer Applications at St. Anne’s Arts and Science College. The conference began with a formal inaugural session and an inspiring address by the Chief Guest, Dr. S. Uma Shankari, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Computer Applications, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, who emphasized the value of research collaboration and knowledge sharing. The event served as a dynamic platform for students, research scholars, and academicians to present their innovative ideas and research findings across themes such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Networking, Software Engineering, Database Management, Cybersecurity, and Emerging Technologies. A total of 54 papers were presented with sessions featuring active discussions and insightful Q&A interactions. Presentations were evaluated for originality, technical depth, and clarity, culminating in the Best Paper Awards being conferred upon Dr. N. S. Kiruthika and Dr. M. Grace from Soka Ikeda College of Arts and Science. The event successfully fostered research culture, academic networking, and innovation among participants. Coordinated by Dr. H. Mohana, Mrs. Hemavathy, and Mrs. Eunice Little Dani, the conference concluded with a Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to the management, faculty, and participants for making the event a resounding success.
