The Department of Computer Applications had organized an Industrial Visit on 19^th July, 2023 to NetworkGeeks – Broadcasting Ideas, which is located in Vadapalani, Chennai for the Third-year students. Around 53 Students and 2 Faculties participated in the Industrial Visit. NetworkGeeks – Broadcasting Ideas, is a Networking institute, provides training for Networking and Certification for Cisco, PaloAlto, CheckPoint, Fortinet, F5, AWS, Azure, CEH. The Virtual lab set up for the training is highly commendable. The purpose of this visit was to acquaint students about Real Time Networking, IP addressing and to know about the different networks like WAN, MAN, LAN, VAN. Students were given hands on experience and live demonstration of networking and routing switching technologies along with IP addressing schemes. It was a valuable learning experience for the students as it helped them to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
