Don Bosco Vazhikaatti, in collaboration with Equitas Small Finance Bank (Equitas Trust) and the Don Bosco Job Placement Network, successfully organized Campus Drive 2026 at St. Anne’s Arts and Science College, Madhavaram, Chennai, on 13th February 2026 with the objective of providing employment opportunities and connecting students with reputed companies. The programme was graced by the presence of chief guests Mr. John Alex, Head CSR, Equitas Small Finance Bank, and Rev. Fr. Gabriel SDB, National Director of the Don Bosco Job Placement Network. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, with 452 candidates registering manually and 28 companies offering a total of 1,555 vacancies across various sectors. Through the recruitment process, 785 opportunities were extended to students, and after multiple rounds of screening and interviews, 382 candidates were shortlisted, out of which 179 were successfully selected for different roles. On the day of the drive, 72 offer letters were issued, marking a significant milestone in enhancing youth employability. The campus drive served as an effective platform for students to showcase their skills and interact with potential employers, reflecting the commitment of Don Bosco Vazhikaatti in empowering youth through career opportunities. The organizers expressed sincere gratitude to the college management, participating companies, staff members, and volunteers for their valuable support in making the event a grand success.
