The career guidance cell conducted a training program for the current final year student on the topic ‘Employability Skills’. RIPE Global and Barclays Company initiated the training process as their CSR projects and made the training session a very informative one. This Training was conducted on the 7^th and 8^th of September, 2020 for about 300 Final Year students. The Speaker for the training session was Mr. J. Krishnan., General Manager RIPE Consultancy Service PVT, Ltd, Chennai. Types of interviews, points to remember before and after an interview, important checklist before an interview, how to answer questions asked in an interview were some of the topics handled by the speaker in the 2-day training program. The students enjoyed the sessions as it was very informative, interesting and was very useful for them as they would be seeking job opportunities in the near future.
