06.08.2025 - GUEST LECTURE ON CLOUD ACCOUNTING
A guest lecture on “Cloud Accounting” was conducted on 6th August 2025 by Apollo Computer Institute for the students of the Department of Commerce. The session was led by Ms. Thilagavathy, Senior Faculty – Accounts Department, Ms. S. Yamini, Tally Faculty and Mr. S. David Raj, HR Manager. A total of 250 students participated in the session, which provided valuable insights into the fundamentals and practical applications of cloud-based accounting systems, highlighting their relevance in modern financial management. The session helped students understand the advantages of cloud accounting, such as real-time data access, automation, and improved accuracy, making it a highly informative and enriching experience for aspiring commerce professionals.
