10.07.2026 - LAB ORIENTATION ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT
The Department of Microbiology organized a Laboratory Equipment Orientation Programme for I B.Sc. Microbiology students on 10 July 2026 to familiarize them with laboratory instruments and safety practices. The session was conducted by the department’s first alumni batch, Ms. Fathima, Ms. Abinaya, and Ms. Jaseera, who demonstrated the operation, safety measures, and applications of major laboratory equipment. The interactive session provided students with valuable hands-on exposure, improved their confidence in laboratory procedures, and emphasized the importance of safe and proper equipment handling.
