The Department of Computer Science under the guidance of IQAC organised an International Webinar on the topic ‘Role of Information Technology in the Construction Field’ on 21^st July at 11:30 Am. The session was attended by students, faculty and industrialist from all over the world. The guest Speaker for the session was Dr. M. Chitrakala, Faculty of Architecture and Design, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. The speaker narrated various Information Technological improvements and technological advancements in the field of construction. This brought a wide scope for the students to pursue their research in this field and motivated them to think beyond the box. The event was a grand success as the participants were satisfied when their doubts and quarries were cleared. The session came to a close with a feedback session and word of thanks.
