20.09.2019 - CITIZEN CONSUMER CLUB INAGURATION
Citizen Consumer Club inaugurated in the college on 20th September, 2019 to spread awareness on various rights related to the consumers. The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (COPRA) is an Act of the Parliament of India enacted in 1986 to protect the interests of consumers in India. This club is organized in order to create, spread and disseminate knowledge of Consumer Protection rights. The Chief Guest Dr.J Vijayathilagam, Assistant Commissioner (Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection) inaugurated the day.
