01.08.2024 - REMEMBERANCE OF MARAIMALAI ADIGALAR
On 1st of August 2024, the Department of Tamil conducted a speech and drawing competition for the students in observance of the birthday of Maraimalai Adigalar, a Tamil orator and writer and father of Pure Tamil movement. The students spoke on the 100 and odd book that he had written along with poems and dramas. The participants enthusiastically portraited the fervent Tamil laurite and won certificates.
