    28.02.2025 - FOOD EXPO - NATIONAL SCIENCE DAY CELEBRATION

    The Department of Microbiology organized a vibrant Food Expo on 28th February 2025 as part of National Science Day celebrations. The event aimed to promote healthy eating habits and scientific awareness through nutritious and innovative food preparations by students. A variety of healthy dishes were meticulously prepared and presented, showcasing the students' knowledge of food science and hygiene. The food items were made available for sale, attracting enthusiastic participation from faculty and students alike. The expo not only highlighted the importance of nutritious eating but also provided a platform for students to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. The event was a great success, fostering awareness about health-conscious food choices while encouraging entrepreneurship and creativity among students.
