An inspection was conducted on 22 November 2024 by a team of officials from the University NCC to assess the facilities and preparedness of the College for initiating an NCC unit. The visit aimed to evaluate the infrastructure, student interest, and institutional support required to successfully establish and operate the National Cadet Corps (NCC) in the college. The officials reviewed the availability of a parade ground, storage space for equipment, and classrooms for theoretical training sessions. The team met with students, gauging their enthusiasm and understanding of the benefits of NCC participation. The officials expressed satisfaction with the college’s preparedness and enthusiasm towards starting an NCC unit and gave recommendations to enhance certain facilities. The college administration is committed to addressing the suggestions and ensuring the smooth initiation of NCC activities, fostering discipline, leadership, and patriotism among students.
