The Medical Camp was organized at St. Anne’s Arts and Science College, Madavaram, on 8 August 2026 as a community-service initiative to promote health awareness and preventive healthcare. The programme began with Tamil Thaai Vaazhthu and a prayer song, followed by a welcome address by Ms. Divya Venkat, President, Global Nexus, Rotary Club, and an introduction by Mr. P. N. S. Pandian, Director and Community Service Head. The dignitaries, including medical professionals and representatives from Rotary and Equitas Bank, were felicitated for their valuable support. Smt. Archana, Founder, Urbanascence, highlighted the importance of health consciousness, preventive measures and community well-being, while Smt. Benedict Kumari, Dean of College Development, formally inaugurated the camp and appreciated the initiative. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Joachim Joseph, Secretary, Rotary Club, followed by the National Anthem. The camp successfully promoted awareness about regular health check-ups, preventive care and community well-being, reflecting the institution’s commitment to social responsibility and community service.
