The International Conference on Uncharted Territories: Exploring the Latest Frontiers in Management and Commerce was held on January 20, 2025 organised by the Departments of Commerce, Corporate Secretaryship, Accounting and Finance and Business Administration, bringing together academicians, researchers, and industry professionals to discuss emerging trends and challenges in the field. The Chairperson Rev. Mother Dr. Leema Rosario, addressed the research gathering and blessed opened the sessions. The event was graced by Mr. Ashwin Senthil Kumar, Assistant Vice President, Middle East and Africa Receivables Head at Citi Bank, UAE, as the Chief Guest. His insightful keynote address emphasized the evolving global financial landscape and the need for innovative strategies in management and commerce. The conference also featured rigorous paper presentation sessions, judged by esteemed resource persons Dr. P. Jayakumar, Vice Principal (Shift I) of St. Thomas College of Arts and Science, and Dr. P. J. Queency Asha Dhas, Vice Principal, Dean of Research, and Assistant Professor of Corporate Secretaryship.
A total of 114 research papers were presented during the conference, covering diverse topics in management and commerce. The conference provided a platform for researchers to exchange knowledge and insights, with selected papers being published in the International Journal of Current Research and Academic Review (ISSN No.). The Valedictory Ceremony was presided over by Dr. R. Rangarajan, Dean of CDC and Professor in the Department of Commerce at the University of Madras, who commended the participants for their valuable contributions to academic research. The conference successfully fostered intellectual discourse, encouraging further exploration of uncharted territories in commerce and management.
