The Department of Mathematics & SIGMA Association conducted Mathematics in ORIGAMI Competition on 23 January 2024. The main objective of this paper folding craft is to increase memory, concentration, mental ability and eye-hand coordination among children from a very early age. This activity involves the usage of multi-sensory organs. This practice of this method calms the brain and reduces frustration. Geometrical figures, proportions, tessellations, symmetry, angles, and other math concepts can all be made with origami. This allows hands-on demonstration of ideas and allows for greater learning opportunity.  All the B.Sc Maths students participated and educated themselves through the session. The participants have actively participated.
