The IQAC organised a faculty development program for the newly recruited staff of the college on 5^th July, 2023. Dr. Arulamma, the Academic Advisor of the college and the former Principal of Christ College, Kilachery orientated the staff on the importance of being a competent teacher. She highlighted the need of a good teacher and the role of a teacher who is an inspiration and a role model for many students who learn from them every day.
