14.02.2026 - ALUMNI MEET
The Alumni Meet 2026 was held with great enthusiasm on 14 February 2026, bringing together alumni from the 2014–2025 batches to reconnect and celebrate their bond with their alma mater. The event was graced by Dr. Apitha Sabapathy, Former Dean and Head, Department of Tamil, MGR Janaki College, Chennai, who delivered an inspiring address encouraging alumni to stay connected to their roots and contribute meaningfully to society and the institution. A special highlight was the presentation of the ‘Star Alumni 2026’ award to Ms. Harinipriya (BA English, 2017–2020) in recognition of her heartfelt sharing of college memories, selected based on content, expression, and sense of belonging. The programme also featured a memorable photo session with the Chief Guest, dignitaries, faculty, and alumni, and concluded on a joyful note, strengthening lifelong connections with the college.
