The Faculty Development and Orientation Program, held on June 26, 2023, aimed to enhance the teaching capabilities of the faculty members and familiarize them with various teaching methods. Dr. M. Kanchana, former head and associate professor, Department of Psychology, Women’s Christian College, Chennai, an esteemed resource person, was invited to share her valuable insights on the role of a teacher, different types of teaching methods, and effective techniques to cater to diverse learners.
